Choose between our Rain-X condensation barrier to aid in high moisture climates or fully insulate your building with our R-9 value 2" fiberglass insulation.

We have both steel insulated house doors and 9-lite PVC jam doors to choose from when customizing your building. Alternatively, you can add a walk-in door frameout and install your own door as well. 

Adding windows increases curb appeal and adds natural daylight to any building. Choose between 24"x36" and 36"x36" standard windows and 36"x36" insulated windows.

Our standard roll up garage doors come as small as 6'x7' and go as big as 14'x14'. We also work with a third party to install custom size panel doors. 

This is a rubber threshold that is securely adhered to the foundation aligning with your panel or roll-up door. This seal is designed to prevent excess water from entering your garage ensuring that all your personal belongings remain dry and protected.

Frameouts can be used for custom size windows, doors, porch openings, and more! A corner kit is used in place of a frameout if you want a frameout to span the full width of the building with siding up to 2' wide coming from the edge. Ask about the 45 degree trim kits.

Roof pitches can be upgraded from 3/12 to 6/12. Additionally, standard overhangs can be upgraded from 6" to 10" wrap around overhang.

30" rebar anchors come standard on all residential buildings 24' wide and smaller. Ground auger anchors are used for buildings 26' wide and larger. Asphalt anchors and red head concrete anchors are used when applicable.

Wainscoting refers to a 3' tall metal panel of a different color that goes around the bottom of your building giving it a 2tone look. For buildings with horizontal siding there is no extra cost. Vertical wainscoting is available for an additional fee.
