Rent to Own is a GREAT alternative to conventional financing. There is NO CREDIT CHECK.Several terms to choose from with a payment that works for you!

• Down Payment: In most cases as little as one payment down can get the building you want or need delivered.
• No Credit Checks: We don't require a credit check. Simply provide us with a valid photo ID.
• Flexibility: Rent-to-own offers flexibility in giving you various terms to choose from with a payment that you can afford. If you no longer need the building you can simply call to have the unit picked up with NO impact on your credit.
• No Penalty Pay-Off: You can payoff your contract at anytime by paying only a percentage of the remaining contract balance. That percentage varies depending on the term you originally chose.

All of our rent-to-own contracts come with a 90 Days Same As Cash option. This simply means that you have 90 days from the date of deliver of your unit to pay it off for the cash price plus tax.
